Refund policy

Requests for refunds must be received via email at art@crismeily.com within three (3) months of receipt of the art shipment with corresponding order number. Art must be in good condition for a full refund. 

Requests received after three (3) months may still be refunded, minus a restocking fee. The artist reserves the right to refuse to issue a (full or partial) refund if the art is damaged. 

We make all efforts to ensure all original art is packaged properly, but we can't always foresee what happens after it's out of our hands. 

If the art received is substantially damaged during shipping, please email us at art@crismeily.com with your order number. The Artist will try to try to make accommodations to either replace the art and provide a credit/discount on the next purchase,  or in the alternative, issue full refund. Photographic evidence dated close to the time of the initial delivery, showing damage, must be submitted.
