Política de reembolso

Requests for refunds must be received via email at  sales@crismeily.com within 14 days of receipt of the art shipment with corresponding order number. The artist reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund if the request is submitted more than a two weeks after the original delivery of the art to the new collector. 

We make all efforts to ensure all original art is packaged properly, but we can't always foresee what happens after it's out of our hands. 

If the art received is substantially damaged during shipping, please email us at sales@crismeily.com with your order number. The Artist will try to try to make accommodations to either replace the art and/or provide a discount on the next purchase.
